Custom discs

Innova Europe offers a unique service in Europe, allowing you to design a disc golf disc with your preferred image, text, symbol, or other design. The desired image is pressed onto the disc using a specialized hot-stamping machine, the same technology used by all major disc manufacturers. Hot-stamped designs are durable, long-lasting, and are fully compliant with PDGA standards, so your custom discs are suitable for use in all disc golf competitions.

  • Minimum order size is 25 discs.
  • Minimum of 10 discs per model.
  • Setup fee of €100 for new design at standard 14cm size .
  • Reorder fee of €30 if stamping die is already on file.
  • Specialty stamping options (bottom-stamp, 2-color stamp) available with applicable upcharge.
  • 2-color stamping- 2 dies required, so setup fee is doubled (€200), plus there is a €2/disc stamping fee.
  • Bottom-stamping- Setup fee is €120, plus a €1/disc stamping fee.
  • Mini stamping available on both minis and golf discs (€60 for new design, €20 for reorder).
  • Artwork must meet criteria shown in the Custom Hot-Stamp Art Guide.
  • Foil samples included on order form, can select up to 5.

General Customers

  • Disc pricing is based on the quantity of discs ordered. Orders of 25-49 discs are priced at RRP - 10%. Orders of 50-99 discs are priced at RRP - 15%. Orders of 100 discs and up are priced at RRP - 20%. An extra 5% discount can be added for customers with good standing and high volume.
  • Setup fee will receive the same pricing discount as discs, based on quantity of disc in the order.
  • Access to the standard custom lineup of discs.
